Symptom: The entire directory is showing but is not filling the screen.
(Directory is displaying toward the upper left corner of the display)
Possible Cause(s): This will occur for one of a few reasons:
1) The display resolution of the media player is set higher than the resolution that the directory was designed at.
Fix:
The fix is to determine the correct resolution that the directory was designed at and modify the display resolution settings in Windows to match. For example, the directory was designed at a 1280w X 720h resolution but the media player is set to 1920w X 1080h, so the fix is to modify the Windows display settings to 1280w X 720h.
2) The browser is zoomed out from it's normal resolution (less than 100%).
Fix:
CTRL + 0 will reset the browser zoom to 100%. |
If you find that this resolves the issue, break out of the directory (ALT + F4) and re-load the directory. If the directory loads in full screen mode, then the issue is resolved. If the directory again loads at less than 100%, then there is likely to be a display setting that is causing a discrepancy between the Desktop Resolution and the Active Signal Resolution.
