Directory Loads at a scaled (less than 100% resolution) OR does not consume the entire screen

Overview
Customer reports that the directory is not consuming the entire screen OR internal staff discovers that when preparing a media player the directory loads at less than 100%.

Troubleshooting Steps
1) Determine the correct resolution of the directory by pulling up the server copy, hitting the F12 key for Developer Tools, and then hitting the icon in the upper left corner. Then roll over the directory screen to obtain the resolution. Make a note of the resolution.

2) Make sure that the resolution in display settings match the noted resolution determined in step 1. Make sure that scaling is set to 100% and not more than 100%.

3) Edit the "launch_chrome.bat" file in the C:\launchbrowser folder and change the flag that says
"--force-device-scale-factor=1" TO "--force-device-scale-factor=0". Then, launch again using the "Run Directory" icon on the desktop.
