Dialog Box Message Appears Blocking a Portion of The Directory

Symptom
There are a variety of circumstances where a dialog box may appear in the foreground and block a portion of the directory or sign.

If the customer has an Interactive (touchscreen) display, the customer has the ability to touch the screen and clear the message. but if they have a static directory, the message needs to be cleared via a remote session OR the customer would have to plug in a keyboard or mouse to clear the message. Sometimes the dialog box is just informational and be closed and acted upon. Other types of dialog boxes may require a decision such as Allow or Reject depending on the nature of the message.
